ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO.1-8.0

COUNTY CANVASSING BOARD

WHEREAS, Section 102.141, F. S., requires a county judge (if available and not disqualified) to serve as chairman of the County Canvassing Board in his or her county, it is therefore

ORDERED and ADJUDGED that:

1. The incumbent county judge in Hardee County and in Highlands County shall perform the convassing duties specified in Section 102.141, F. S.

2. The Administrative Judge of the Polk County Court shall perform the canvassing duties specified in Section 102.14, F. S.

3. In the event the specified county judges cannot serve on such boards, they will notify the Chief Judge in sufficient time in order that the Chief Judge can appoint a substitute member.
